Here is a quick post about shopping on a budget!
As I mentioned last week, I buy a lot of pre-loved clothes. My bank account is not as baller as my fashion sense, so unfortunately this is a necessity. I am all about getting the most for your money, and this is a great way to do it! One of the places I shop the most is Clothes Mentor.
Clothes Mentor is a resale store, where you can buy and sell designer brands! They buy clothes every day, so you can sell the stuff you’re bored with and use that money to buy new clothes! You might have to look a little, but you can find really great designer pieces at amazing prices.
Here is an example of a simple outfit I put together using pieces from Clothes Mentor. I know this isn’t the most flattering picture, but we are just going to go with it!
Lilly Pulitzer Whitley Skirt in Bright Navy Hot Fun: paid $18, retail $98
Ann Taylor white ruffle top: paid $10, retail was around $68
Bracelet: $6
So there you go! Buying things second hand can be risky, but if you really look at the piece to make sure it isn’t damaged or stained before you buy it you can save a ton of money!
Thanks for reading! Love y’all!

Cute outfit! I just checked the site and the closest one is two hours away from me š¦
Oh well!
Thank you! Aw that’s no good. I will be posting about some of the places I buy things online next week, so hopefully those will be more useful! Thanks for reading!
